REV. DR. NICOLE B. SIMPSON, CFP® brings expertise, integrity, and a spirit of excellence to every goal she pursues for herself and on behalf of her clients. With a unique talent for monetizing business and life visions, she creates strategies and actionable plans that drive revenue while addressing underlying emotional issues that can be obstacles to financial success. Growing up in a marginalized community in New Jersey, surviving the World Trade Center tragedy, and becoming a successful entrepreneur, Nicole’s life story is an inspiration to the people she serves.

In 2007, Nicole founded and now serves as CEO for Harvest Wealth, a financial investment firm specializing in legacy planning, clergy compensation, and solo practitioner advising. She has grown the business from 10 client household accounts and $1 million in assets under management to a customer base of 100 client household accounts and $25 million in assets under management while sustaining a 97% retention rate. Nicole has initiated and enhanced up to 20 annual strategic partnerships with public and private entities to extend free financial guidance to underemployed and minority communities, which have been featured in Black Enterprise, Money Matters, Crain’s Business, Huffington Post, and PBS.

Previously, Nicole held investment advisor roles with PNC Investment, MetLife Insurance, Morgan Stanley, and Legg Mason that was acquired by Franklin Templeton. Among her accomplishments was designing and implementing financial strategies for clients that focused on their financial objectives and risk tolerance. Year over year, she significantly increased assets under management and new client acquisition.

Nicole entered the securities industry in 1991, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)®, and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 Securities Licenses. She is a Board Member of CFP Board Center for Financial Planning Diversity Advisory Group, Chair of the Generation X Community Association, and a Board Member of Recovery House NJ. She frequently speaks on the lecture circuit and has authored several books on financial and life planning. Nicole received a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership with top honors from Boston University, an M.Div. Magna Cum Laude from New Brunswick Theological Seminary, and a B.S. Cum Laude from Oral Roberts University.

In January 2016, she embarked on a new life journey becoming the Pastor of Micah 7 Ministries located in Piscataway, NJ. After 30 years of industry experience that recognizes  an economic cultural reckoning is occurring, Simpson is equipped, realizing she is an anomaly and has much to contribute to the inevitable change America is demanding. This reality demands her to be available as a “teacher, trainer, mentor, guidance counselor”.
